A press release from the Minister, Director of the Civil Cabinet of the Presidency of the Republic, Samuel MVONDO AYOLO, "brings to the attention of the wives of the Heads of diplomatic missions, those of representatives of international organizations based in Cameroon, members of the constituent bodies nationals, the Circle of Friends of Cameroon (CERAC), African Synergies against AIDS and Suffering, the Chantal BIYA Foundation, women of economic operators, heads of associations and women's organizations, that the solemn presentation ceremony wishes for the year 2021 to the First Lady, Madame Chantal BIYA, wife of the Head of State are deprogrammed, due to the barrier measures adopted by the Cameroonian government to curb the spread of the pandemic of the new coronavirus, COVID-19 ".
