According to Securoute, 70% of road tragedies are attributed to human causes. 35% were due to speeding, 17% to the condition of the vehicle, 10.5% to the state of inebriation of drivers, 10.5% to the lack of control of the steering wheel, 10% to the condition of the road and 7% to poor overtaking.
