Cameroonian gastronomy is exhibited in Yaoundé
The official ceremony of the Festival of flavors of Cameroon and the world took place on May 27, 2021 at the Palais des Congres in Yaoundé. During this ceremony, visitors were able to marvel at the gastronomic wealth of Cameroon. From fish Ndomba to Ndolé through okok and salads of all kinds. It should be noted that the ceremony was preceded by a visit to a temporary museum whose objective is to bring to life all the recipes and cooking tips of our grandmothers. If all goes well, this museum will have a space at the National Museum, informs Marie Thérèse Atedzoe, curator of the Festival. A symposium was organized. It was placed under the theme: "Cameroonian gastronomy: vector of influence".
