MINFOP gives companies in Cameroon 90 days to appoint Cameroonian HRDs
The Minister of Employment and Vocational Training (MINEFOP), ISSA TCHIROMA BAKARY, has issued a circular letter to put an end to foreign executives occupying this strategic position. "One and only one Director of Human Resources (DRH) of Cameroonian nationality who manages both national and foreign personnel", warns MINFOP. This public action is aimed at forward-looking management of jobs and skills, and improving working conditions within these companies.
