Interurban transport: MINT asks 17 clandestine transportations to comply with the texts in force on pain of closure
Lack of license and lack of approvals necessary for the practice of urban transport, the Minister of Transport (MINT), Jean Ernest Massena Ngalle Bibehe, calls on illegal carriers to regularize their administrative situation in order to comply with the law of July 2001 governing the professions of road carrier and transport auxiliaries and the decree of February 2006 setting the conditions and procedures for exercising the profession of management of interurban road transport terminals. There are 17 following transport companies: Elegance voyage, Vatican express, Trésor voyage, Celebre sarl, Dynamique express, Noupa voyage, Satellite voyage, Rapide express, Eca voyage, Butrans cam, Prestige voyage, Kom Unity express, J Original des Bamboutos, Satit sarl, CDVS sarl, Salomon voyage and Global express. They have one month to comply with the texts in force.
