It is difficult to recognize the popular district of the capital city. The road is in a bad state and does not give the taste of a political capital which wants to be modern and factor of the development. Thus, the locality Appolo Bar-Mobil Essos, the poor condition of this road has pushed some traders to put the key under the doormat. In fact, it's a nearly cut road because of the potholes not to say elephant. Hotel Plateau-Mimbaman Terminus, the stretch of road remains a nightmare for residents and users. This situation also leads to traffic jams and paralyzes activities. All in all, potholes and other inconveniences punctuate the circulation in certain sections of the capital and give off a gloomy urban face to the definition of underdevelopment. Which tempts the one and the other to lick what tends to become a refrain of the bad axes.
