The staff of the Yaoundé Urban Community (CUY) armed against stress and cardiovascular diseases
In the wake of the International Labor Day, an awareness seminar on health risks in the workplace and their prevention was organized for them on Friday, April 29, 2022. It was led by Dr. Laurence MEGUENE, psychiatrist and Dr. Laurence Carole NGO YOMB. The first one insisted on the situation of stress at work: "Sometimes you have to delegate to avoid being overloaded and stressed. It is very important to plan one's time, to think about oneself, to have a healthy lifestyle". The second session focused on cardiovascular disease. The objective for each staff "to have as much as possible, a healthy mind in a healthy body, in order to achieve the objectives we have set for ourselves", said Mayor Luc MESSI ATANGANA.
