Higher Education releases its ranking of institutions for 2022: IUT Douala 1st of the universities of Cameroon
41 Universities and Institutes of Higher Education are concerned by this ranking of the Ministry of Higher Education (MINESUP) for the year 2022. The University Institute of Technology (IUT) is followed by: the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Maroua (2nd), the Faculty of Economics and Applied Management (FSEGA) of the University of Douala (3rd), the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (FMSB) of the University of Yaoundé I (4th), and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Douala (ENSPD) ex-Faculty of Industrial Engineering (5th). The rank of each university institution is based on university research performance indicators and the socio-professional integration rate of students at the end of their training. Moreover, the University of Yaoundé I is ranked 66th in the 2021/2022 African university ranking.
