This is the construction in Yaoundé by the CFAO Technologies Group of a large shopping center in the city of Yaoundé, as has been done in Côte d'Ivoire, Egypt and Morocco among others . The Shoping mall will contain:

•    A supermarket ;
• A Carrefour hypermarket (a brand, other internationally renowned brands in footwear, textiles, toys, perfumery, catering, etc.);

The goal of this project is to ensure that consumers can find everything they need in the same place, but also find pleasure when they come shopping in this mall. This commercial center is all the more important because it includes trades of interest to Cameroonians, such as livestock, agriculture, etc. Which could create 1,500 jobs in Yaoundé, including 500 direct and 1,000 indirect jobs. The project also includes:

• Playgrounds for children;
• Restaurants for adults;

Duration of work: 02 years.
