MINMAP 2021: priority will be given to the control of public contracts

The budget allocated to the Ministry of Public Procurement (MINMAP) for the 2021 fiscal year amounts to just over 14.485 billion CFA francs. This envelope will allow MINMAP, Ibrahim Talba Malla, Minister Delegate to the Presidency of the Republic, to intensify the control and regulation of public contracts, a nerve center of Cameroon's economy. The public finances allocated to the construction of infrastructure, equipment, etc., should be used well and the achievements should serve to improve the living conditions of the populations. MINMAP will ensure the implementation of the e-procurement process, in particular the operationalization of the Colleps software, which will make procurement transparent and reliable.
