Cameroon recognizes the essential role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for the development of a country but does not make the best of it. The introduction of ICT in the management of urban space in sub-Saharan Africa, especially in Cameroon offers a new opportunity that can lead to the modernization of society, public action, stronger involvement of citizens and a strengthened economic development of the territories.
