CRTV Sports and Entertainment operational
Eighteen (18) months after Crtv News, the public service media offer is enriched by a new television channel called Crtv Sports and Entertainment. The new channel is dedicated to Sport (70%) and Entertainment (30%). The official launching ceremony took place on June 6th at the Cameroon Radio Television (Crtv) premises under the leadership of the director general of the office, the chairman of the board of directors of the Crtv, accompanied by a skewer of members of government. It is a challenge in the media world marked by tough competition. The channel is one of the elements of the arrangements made in the extension framework of Digital Terrestrial Television in Cameroon. For the occasion, his leitmotif was unveiled. Indeed, the newcomer of the media landscape should accompany the sports and artistic movement to be at the heart of the action, with as a line of demarcation, the Cameroonian sports authenticity in a treatment obeying the canons and the journalistic deontology.
