This was one of the resolutions of an extraordinary session of the bank's Board of Directors held on October 03, 2023. As a reminder, since September 20, General Manager Agnès MANDENG NDOUMBE has been suspended for a period of 10 years following disciplinary proceedings initiated against the bank on March 21, 2023 by the COBAC.
