Bad weather : MINHDU invites mayors to create preventive watch cells

Following the warning issued by the National Meteorological Department concerning the risk of violent thunderstorms in the coming days in the North, West, South-West, North-West, Littoral and Centre regions, the Minister of Housing and Urban Development (MINHDU), Célestine KETCHA COURTÈS, issued this instruction to mayors in a communiqué signed on July 14. Her teams will be continuing to raise awareness among the population of the dangers of building on non-constructible zones, particularly low-lying areas and hillsides.
