Urban development: Cameroon, urban disorder, insalubrity of the plagues which give a bad image of our cities
The first 2021 biannual conference of the 10 regional governors, organized from June 14 to 15, 2021, was placed under the theme: “Decentralization and public order”. Several important challenges have been taken up for towns and villages in Cameroon. These are insecurity, organized crime, urban disorder, insalubrity, etc. Like the Prime Minister, the Minister of Territorial Administration (MINAT), Paul Atanga Nji, asked the administrative authorities to ensure alongside local elected officials that cities stop giving the image of slums in the sky. open with anarchic constructions, degraded roads and rampant insalubrity.
