Vocational training: The government aims to boost the performance of its economy
The Minister of Employment and Vocational Training (MINEFOP), ISSA TCHIROMA BAKARY, officially launched the 2023-2024 academic year in Yaoundé yesterday, Monday October 16, 2023. The missions assigned to the MINEFOP by the government (through the SND30) is to train a national workforce capable of industrializing Cameroon and accompanying the country's change and transformation, by moving from a consumer mindset to a producer mindset. The new training program made available to learners in vocational training schools is adapted to what is happening elsewhere in the world. MINFOP urged all stakeholders to "embrace the digital transformation of the economy".
