Floods: Cameroon,

With the torrential rains, the phenomenon of flooding becomes more and more inevitable in the metropolises because of the absence of drains and gutters, capable of evacuating the runoff water. The floodgates of the sky are far from closing if we are to believe the forecasts of the National Climate Change Observatory (ONAC). According to climate experts, climate outbreak is certainly a natural phenomenon, but its consequences, like floods, can be manageable. Rather than indulging in the compassion and generosity of the national and international community, an early and effective warning system must be put in place.
