Cameroon-France: the third C2D in progress

With a total of 400 billion CFA francs, the third Debt Reduction and Development Contract (C2D) signed in 2016 between Cameroon and France, gives priority to the financing of development projects in the northern part of the country and in the agro-pastoral sector.
